Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

The previously-announced analyst meeting of Avery Dennison Corporation (the “Company”) scheduled to take place in New York, New York on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 is being rescheduled for a later date. The Company will announce the new date for the meeting once it has been determined.
